U.S. Sales Tax Collection
Beginning July 1, 2026, NeoMetal will begin collecting sales tax on all orders shipping within the United States. To avoid unnecessary taxes on future orders, we strongly encourage all customers with a valid Resale Exemption Certificate to submit their documentation as soon as possible.
You can easily upload your compliance documents through our tax partner, Avalara's CertExpress portal.
Select your state, then choose "Resale" from the Reason dropdown menu. See the screenshot below. Please allow up to three business days for processing and approval.
Important: Once an order has been placed, any sales tax charged will not be refunded. To ensure tax-exempt status is applied, your certificate must be approved before your order is submitted.
